To choose your own colors, write down each color number and note which piece gets the
color(s) you desire.
Best results are achieved by selecting at least two colors per
piece. Up to five colors can be incorporated into one piece. Unlike
mixing paint, incorporating two colors into blown glass does not
produce a third color. Combining blue and green will not result
in purple, but will result in blue and green separately represented
in the finished glass.
Most colors work well together, but there are some that do not
chemically mix well during the heating process. We can assist
you when choosing your own colors and in any case will advise
you of incompatible color combinations.
Due to the individual settings of customer computer monitors the
colors displayed on our online color palatte may not be accurate.
Please let us know if precise color accuracy is important—for
a nominal fee we can send you sample pieces of glass in the colors
you have chosen.
